  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the first and considered late as of the 10th.

  • What forms of payment are accepted for rent?

    Residents can pay online using credit/debit cards or electronic check payments through our Appfolio portal.

     

    Credit or debit cards are not accepted over the phone or in person at our office.

     

    We do accept checks, money orders, cashier’s check and cash at our office but these must be dropped off in person, during our office hours, located at:

    We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM. 


  • Can I set up regular, automatic payments?

    Yes, our online payment system allows you to set up autopay. Please reach out to your property manager if you have more specific questions about autopay.

  • I have a regular (non-emergency) maintenance problem. What should I do?

    Please submit a maintenance request through your online Appfolio portal.


  • I have an emergency maintenance request during regular office hours (Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM)

    Please try to reach out to your property manager directly, via email or phone call to the office.

  • I have an emergency maintenance request NOT during office hours (after 5 PM or weekends)

  • My apartment is in an area that requires a residential parking permit. Where can I get one of these?

    These can be obtained at the City Clerk’s office. You can find out more specific information about them here: chicityclerk.com

  • Who do I call to set up my utilities?

    Each building will require different utilities, so please contact your property manager if you are unsure of which ones you need to set up.

    • If you need to set up gas, please contact People’s Gas: (866) 556-6001 or https://www.peoplesgasdelivery.com/ 

  • I've been locked out of my apartment. What do I do?

    If this is Monday through Friday, from 9 - 5 PM, please try and reach your property manager. If this is after hours, contact the emergency line (text 773.720.1896) and they will direct you. There is a $50 cash only fee for being locked out after hours.
